Subscription

All upgrades for a year. You receive a new license key sent by email for every major paid upgrade released over the next 12 months. Additionally each subscription includes 2 (two) support incidents with a response time of up to 4 business days.

Professional Support

All upgrades for a year and 10 support requests with a response time of 1-2 business days for a year, up to 4 QuickFixes.

Site License

Current version and all upgrades for a year for an unlimited number of users at your site (company/organization/etc.). Includes 10 support requests with a response time of 1-2 business days for all users at your site for one year, up to 4 QuickFixes.
